Goodbye X and hello Blue Sky.
I have never been a huge fan of autobiographies. I generally tend to read comedian autobiographies.
Everything about comedy fascinates me. Where do the ideas come from? Their inspirations and their thought processes.
This is a snap shot in how the comedy landscape change in the UK in the 80s.

Finally, after years of searching I have finally found one of my holy grails. #booksky.

Time to vanish from Threads. Like Twitter before it, it’s a digital apocalypse—rage-filled zombies everywhere, logic long dead. Came to fight the good fight, stayed for the brain rot. Fun? Not even close.
I’ll be deleting my account in the morning.

The cover caught my eye. The first paragraph grabbed my imagination. Nearly 100 pages in since 17.00 this afternoon.

I am so glad to see Strange New Worlds back. I really enjoyed Hegemony Part II, but I guessed the twist in episode 2 from very early on. It was still a fun episode though. #starttek #strangenewworlds

I wasn’t ready for Ncuti to go. I have no evidence to support it, but I am getting an Eccleston vibe about him leaving. As for the big reveal at the end…I’m going to have to get back to you #doctorwho

It’s been a while since a new film of any kind has impressed me.
I absolutely loved this. The visuals are stunning and animation was excellent. It has a lovely heart felt story with characters you can’t help but like. I can’t recommend it enough.

I have a cat and I line its tray with newspaper before putting the cat litter in. I always keep an eye out for newspapers with pictures of Nigel Farage as I like the idea of my cat taking a shit on his smug face.

My concentration has been right off since before Christmas. I have bought a few books I was excited to read and just can’t get going with any of them. I read a page and put that one down to do exactly the same it another one. I hope this lifts soon.

For the first time in my life, I have turned Star Trek off because it’s…well, shit.
None of the characters are engaging and as for the plot…not for me.
Roll on Season 3 of Strange New Worlds.

Anyone else contemplate faking their own death on a Sunday night to try and get out of work on Monday morning?

Bit late in the day (I am not well, mun), 32 years ago today the best Star Trek series aired for the first time.
We didn’t have Sky. I had to read the novelisation of the first episode first and then wait a few months for it to hit the UK on VHS.

I caught a film featuring Megan Markle this week. I am not saying she was a bad actress, but it may be the reason she married a prince.
