Hi Mahi, I love your approach! It is extremely effective to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms, by combining nutrition with medical care. The core of effective preventive care is empowering patients to make long lasting changes! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi, Sushi bowls made at home are a great idea for finals week, and that sounds delicious! With my quick meals & snacks, I've also been keeping things simple. It may be time to try your combination with spicy mayo! Do you make them fresh or do you prepare them in advance? @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Angelina,
I agree! Real change comes from consistency, not perfection. Strong support & small actions go a long way. Shame holds us back, but we grow because of compassion. Tom's journey is a great reminder that progress is about perseverance. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Wow, that stat is crazy! It really shows how important it is for us to step up as future healthcare providers. Educating patients, especially kids on nutrition can change lives. Small changes now can mean fewer health issues later. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I can relate to this! A busy schedule makes it difficult to find time for cooking and planning. To avoid missing meals, I usually grab food before heading home or I go out to eat with a friend, but its's usually fast food. For me, convenience usually wins. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi! You make a really good point. Supplements can significantly help prevent fractures and maintain strong bones because vitamin D is necessary for calcium absorption, particularly if you are deficient. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Mahi! That sounds like a great way to stay energized! I haven't tried that exact combo yet, but when I fast, I do eat foods that are high in protein. I like to add greek yogurt, eggs, or chicken. What is the recipe for your paneer scramble? @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
