Nature, gardening, maths, science, bioinformatics, programming, tilings. Also let's not destroy the planet. Our lifestyle is killing it. Change.
Bit of a stretch to equate an erupting volcano with a butterfly wing flap.

"Of all the mammals on Earth, 96% are humans and livestock." There is one reasonable way to read that, as counts of mammals. The message of the OP has its impact blunted by being clearly wrong. The mass version of it is correct (well, plausible) and has impact.

Perhaps this is on the basis of summed mass. Some searching gives estimates of 20 billion mice, 10 billion rats, 130 billion wild mammals, and about 16 billion humans + livestock, all as order of magnitude estimations. The percentages you quote seem way off, is there a source for it?

Recommend putting the water bowl in a different room from the food bowl. Putting the two together cats almost always start making a mess, to do with old instincts to keep food away from the watering hole.

I've missed the entire conservation, just a small note to mention that I would like to pay old money for Bluesky rather than the usual eyeball/advertisement/engagement coin.

They probably understood the risks that the financial system poses to rising temperatures, but not so motivated to understand the reverse for frankly incomprehensible reasons such as 'It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.'

I don't think there is enough plastic waste to numb the pain caused by the current age of extinction.
