After plenty of snow removal this morning, we have updated numbers for you!
We had 24.2" (61.5 cm) of new #snow over the last day. That brings our storm total to 36" (91.5cm) so far with a bit more expected today. 1/2

For those interested in the RRFS development efforts, this white paper hit the streets recently. Kudos to all the Testbed personnel, model developers, and forecasters who directly or indirectly contributed to various experiments over the last few years.

It will be interesting to see how much snow makes it across the Sierra Crest and into the Truckee and Tahoe Basins tonight. HRRR shows a sharp cut off, with the lion's share of precip west of the crest. However it plays out, tomorrow should be a beautiful wintry day! #CAwx
