Saddened and outraged by the news today? Emotional regulation doesn't mean denying your feelings. First, be aware of them. Then find an appropriate way to channel them. My start: I wiped some tears and messaged my rep in Congress for substantive action.

The precedent here is very simple. You have a federal law enforcement official engaging in federal law enforcement action – that’s a federal issue. That guy is protected by absolute immunity. He was doing his job. I’ve never seen anything like that. It would get tossed out by a judge.

HEY PROSECUTORS/EX-PROSR’S: If Judge/Magistrate #1 denies your search warrant request (however unlikely that may be)…. do yo just go to another judge or magistrate, if one is available?
Can you shop around like that?

It still wouldn’t be hard for 47 to find a Judge that would be willing to sign off on a warrant. There are plenty of Judges that agree with 47 agenda.
