Hi!! Nathallya, I want to use nutrition the way in the future. I want it to be more of a back bone for my work and an alternative that could prevent long term illnesses and diseases in the future such as diabetes, and certain cognitive issues that are being linked to high sugar intake. #beh353

That sounds super delicious, I also was able to experience some different Brazilian dishes this thanksgiving and was super pleased with how they tasted super yummy and looking foward to expanding my food pallet with some more Brazilian food. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This very same thing stood out to me about Toms story I felt as though it changed my perspective on how I would handle patients in terms of my methods of motivation for my patients. @beh353.bsky.social

I agree it is so upsetting to hear that many people feel unsafe entering a hospital because of the fat shaming that others call to be accountability.Accountability is not meant to be degrading. And I agree we don't always know what resources others have access to, to help themselves with weight.

This is the same issue I find myself running into especially when I am with my friends and we are hungry we just choose to eat from the dinning area or ordering food. And based on what I read from the article it seems like its common to be eating out to due to time barriers.

I have noticed this about the flintstone gummies and the character gummies they are very popular when it comes to the gummies that will get a kid to want to take them on a routine pattern. But I am sure the reason the kids love them is because of the amount of sugar in them. @beh353.bsky.social

That is a really good one because I have noticed that online it can be pretty hard to find articles that actually have resources that are backed up with studies to support what is being spoken about in the article but from what I read I noticed that it seems to be a great resource for healthy eating

I also found that Keto Diets can be beneficial short term but over time we need carbs to have energy to "Feed our Brain" so I believe that being on a Keto Diet will lead to fatigue or lack of energy over time.
