Hi everyone,

I’m on a journey exploring mental health.

Thinking out loud, sharing ideas and reflections as I learn.

🇬🇧 - Neurodivergent guy, non-judgmental and love hearing others ideas and theories.

I apologise in advance for the lack of inclusivity in this image. I co-created this basing off of my pre-existing thoughts. This post applies to me. You can apply it to yourself if you see the message rather than the way it’s presented

Appreciate you all

Today’s theory:

Britain doesn’t change suddenly.
It changes like roadworks.

Quietly.
Slowly.
One cone at a time.

Until you look up and realise
you’re somewhere else entirely
and nobody remembers when it happened🇬🇧🚦

Wondering why people are bad in this world?

A lot of the ‘worst’ people in the world are so protected from the negativity that they feel they do not need to contribute.

Given the global pandemic and the rise of technology, many have gone into full survival mode. Only focusing on their circle.

Having an easy life means you have less reason to explore.

The more challenging your life, the more you will search for answers.

You may not find the answers you’re looking for but it’ll be a lot more fun than that of someone not searching.

I’ve been thinking about the word “agape”.

A kind of love that isn’t conditional.
Not earned. Not owed.

Just love that exists without needing anything back.

Interesting…

Today’s theory:

What is a label?

On an object — it provides information.
On a person — it provides information.

However,
people’s information changes constantly.

Labels can come and go.

We may start life with certain labels, and as we move through it, we collect others along the way.

I would love to know more about how neurodivergent (especially autistic) folks accommodate themselves with gaming and streaming.

what accessibility options or mods in games help you and why?

what accomodations do you use for streaming and how do they help?

please repost/reply!

The biggest challenge we face to getting help is preconceptions. By both the individual wanting help and the person wanting to give it.
