Accessible devices look different for every body. Some are recognizable medical equipment like canes, wheelchairs, etc. Others look like my camp chair. Lightweight and transportable, it allows me to rest whenever needed on the go. What do you use that isn't typical? #IAmMGStrong #DisabilityAwareness

What people with chronic illness want you to know. Asking about our illness isn't offensive; we like that you care. Our bodies are unreliable, not us. Illness builds empathy; you can talk to us about anything. Some days our symptoms will be better/worse than other days. We still want to be invited even if we can't go. We might still be grieving our life before illness.

It can impact anyone. It's not only what you see. It exists in many ways. It can differ each day. Disability is intersectional. Disability is diverse.
