Let me put this another way…
For some of us, no matter how great our success, or what we achieve, we’ll always be seen as a DEI hire—unworthy of our status.
Just by our mere presence in the room, in their eyes, we’ve unfairly displaced a white man who Trump says is now the “real” victim—of equity.

对事不对人+情绪控制，也是职场生存法则。这个课题很大，需要从家里练起，需要一生修行。
溝通技巧訓練里很重要的一點就是對事不對人，哪怕是需要指出錯誤，也是針對事件的錯處、後果、提供事實和方法，而不是去否定全人。比如這句話有什麼邏輯錯誤，而不是你怎麼沒邏輯。後面這句話一出口，就算斷了溝通的路，變成指責，就算當面不發作，對方也不可能聽進去你的意見。
我們東亞家庭的溝通方式是很普遍的後者，不僅是當下這件事還會從小時候數起，你就是不聽話、粗心、從來不blablabla. 居高臨下全盤否定，這個種方式除了滿足家長發洩和控制的目的，對孩子根本沒有益處，反而很多人學習傳承了這種溝通方式，招致反感而有反效果。所謂爹味/媽味就是這樣論斷人的溝通方式。
到此為止，是要從我開始改變，不繼續傳承。
