Had a cracking Italian lunch with my Mum, Dad and Aunt who is visiting us from England for a week. Had a fillet of beef carpaccio with rocket and Parmesan. Fritto Misto for main with garlic and Parmesan chips. Absolutely delicious. If you’re ever in Oban in West of Scotland hit Kiana.

To be fair, this has the whiff of desperation that you only get from an indie promotor who can’t shift any tickets. The “look at the likes” part being the saddest and therefore funniest part of the whole post. I wish they’d just leave the indie scene alone and not try to swallow it up. 🤼

I haven’t watched WWE in years, so I don’t comment on it from a product point of view. Can’t judge what you don’t watch. Although I’ll judge the fuck out of their shady business moves and their history. But this image right here is one of the main reasons I’ll never watch it again. Fucking eww.

Knocked up some meatballs for dinner tonight (and rest for the freezer). Beef, pork, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, basil, oregano, Parmesan, fresh parsley, s and p and an egg to bind. Will make a tomato sauce later. Roll them in seasoned flour, fry off and then finish in the sauce. Hell. Fucking. Yes!

Took this yesterday when dropping the kids off. A stunning winter sunset that you only get in Scotland. What a beautiful view.
