The Stonewall Inn released a response to the National Parks Service removing the word transgender from the park outside of the Inn. A great reminder that we have to look after each other

Glad to not waste time and money seeing this. But gutted at what the MCU has come to. Yet more proof that representation of women, BIPOC, and 2SLGBTQIA+ folks wasn’t the damn problem. It’s the attempt to feign engagement with politics while avoiding making any actually meaningful statements.

All applications for gender marker change are on hold while the State Department changes this policy.

Anyone who now submits an application for a change runs the risk of losing access to their passport and documents while their application is being processed.
