After a 5 month hiatus, I'm back! On January 1st I started a master's program with WGU. On June 6th I graduated with my master's degree!

The nice thing about smallpox is that, if it comes back, they'll be able to make vaccines...but also so will I. Just take a bit of a puss from someone who is recovering and scrape it on the skin!!!

My students learned about cell organelles today by drawing them on our lab tables with chalk markers and then labeling them in their notebooks. The students were all highly engaged and enjoyed the activity, which is always a win!
