If you’re a developer, there’s nothing worse from a user experience perspective than an app update making me manually close things out.

Like you already made me elevate to admin for the install, and you know exactly which apps are problematic. Just kill them or give me a one button option to close

So now that we’ve kicked out all of the immigrants, it’s time to ask: how’s everyone enjoying their agriculture, cleaning and construction jobs?

What? Wait, you don’t want to do any of that? But what about your jobs being stolen?

Huh, weird, guess that wasn’t why you’re a loser after all, was it?

environmental regulations don’t “hinder growth”, they make corporations responsible for the messes they make. Right now, one of the largest “silent”subsidies in the history of the US is the government cleaning up corpo toxic waste or treating the impacted people made sick. It’s corporate welfare

I think there’s a very real possibility we see more Republicans turn against Trump over the coming months. It’ll only take a fraction of them to do it, and the rest will follow. Many of them behind closed doors can’t stand whats happening, but they know they’ll be singled out. Need to turn en masse

If you are an American who is reading this - it’s time to stop sitting on the sidelines. I don’t care how busy your life is, darkness is covering the world once again, and we must take a stand to save our country before it’s too late.

Trump just put a 10-25%+ sales tax on the American worker, to pay for the upcoming tax cut for the 1%.

Tell me again how he’s helping the little guy?

“The forest was shrinking but the trees kept voting for the axe, for the axe was clever and convinced the trees that because his handle was made of wood he was one of them.”

No time has ever embodied this quote more than today in modern American history

I think the greatest contrast of social media right now is that it is being used by a large, popular and well-funded modern Luddite movement to amplify their message.

The most modern technologies of humanity being used to tell the masses how evil those technologies are without any hint of irony

Oh sure, the immigrants making $5/hr are your enemies, sure. It’s definitely not the guys make $50,000/hr by exploiting the system to keep the first guy stuck at $5/hr

There is nothing worse in this world than networking gear that puts the power port on the opposite side of the chassis from the data ports. My OCD is broiling

NVIDIAs negligence with their 12v 2x6 connector is an absolute circus. I’ve spent the last several weeks trying to get a 5090, and now I’m really second guessing it

We absolutely have to vote out the likes of Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer. They both are hurting the parties in drastically different ways, and are weak, uninspiring leaders.

Where is our (Democrats) Project 2025? Why are we not standing and campaigning and advertising NEW DEAL VALUES.

Yaknow what government spending they should cut ASAP? All of the funding that prevents so many Red states from bankruptcy, funds their health care, roads police, fire

Yeah that would be a great thing to cut. Those states should quit freeloading and pull themselves up by their boot straps

But no, instead of having a health service where you can feasibly book a GP appointment, the government boasts about how many foreigners they deported

Trump: “I’m going to make your food and water safe again!”

Also Trump: removes protections preventing companies from dumping PFAS directly into the water supply

People need to stop focusing on what he says and focus on shit like this

If Elon gets away with dismantling the courts, it will truly be the end of the US experiment as it has stood for 250 years. They are the check on the power of the Executive, and what prevents the president from acting as a King.

Don’t be duped by their Smokescreen lies of corruption or partisanship
February 10, 2025 at 2:45 PM
The logic Elon Musk is using labels anyone who questions his actions as corrupt. He won’t debate the laws they say he broke, but rather the integrity of the people and organizations standing up to him.

This cannot be allowed, stay the on point of his crimes, don’t let him control the narrative.

The flag on your passports becomes completely irrelevant to you once you become a billionaire. You are no longer a “citizen” of a country, and any laws that try to treat you as such are only an obstacle that you must overcome or break.

A century of workers rights protection, ethical financial enforcement, and scam protection has been wiped out in the last 2 weeks under Trump and Musk.

The “Populist Right” was a lie. It’s only about power and money #elonmusk

They’ll start ignoring the Constitution with relatively small things, like dismantling USAID. Eventually people will start to lose track of how many times it happened, and will stop paying attention. And that’s when they’ll go for the big ones
February 4, 2025 at 4:03 PM
Remember when Trump was all like “nahh bro, Project 2025 is so whack, Ive never seen heard about it until right now”

Meanwhile, in 2025:

The idea that “clean air” and “safe drinking water” and “disease free meat” being considered a waste of money was all it took for me to stay left.

We’ll be returning to what things looked like before The Jungle was released. A century of progress wiped out

Stop falling for the culture war bait. It’s a distraction, and they’ve got everyone fighting about it while they pillage the US economy, destroy worker protections, and erode the checks and balances that protect all of us

Whelp, when everyone wakes up and finds out their cars magically cost $10k more and their strawberries are $2 mo, who are they going to blame #tariffs
