Judging from the pattern that did it here in the US, look for CPC affiliated companies buying up local news stations, internet provider branches, podcasts, or new charter schools. They flooded the media and indoctrinated the kids at the same time here.

I will contest that it is INCREDIBLY difficult to name an entire contingent full of people, let alone a whole world, as I discovered...
In hindsight I'm wondering if that's part of the reason they decided to make nationalities a thing in later games.

The issue isn't the real people, it never is. It's the bots flooding the algorithm with bullshit faster than we can block them. It's the astroturfing turning real people into their allies.
