I don't frequently listen to Supreme Court arguments; I honestly can't remember the last time I did. Listening to the questions by "conservative" justices is utterly astounding - and scary.
Most Americans really don't get how much several justices seek to give the President unfettered power.

If Trump does in fact announce that the DoD's name should change, I want every single question to be about the cost of doing this. I'd guess the ballpark figure would end up being in the 10s of billions of dollars.

The Israeli attack on Iran not only demonstrates Trump's foreign policy impotence, it puts Antonio Guterres's spectacular failure as UN Secretary General in plain sight. I think no other SecGen has let the role turn into a shadow as he has.

Participating in a #handsoff protest in a small town yesterday was tremendously gratifying. I was unsure what to expect, but joining several hundred people in the cold & rain to voice our dissatisfaction provided a real sense of solidarity. Much more work to do!
