After weeks of fighting this printer I think it’s finally doing well enough to finish the semester, going to do a full over hall during the mid year break and add dual z and maybe if I have the funds upgrade to mercury one with a revo hotend

Soo I’ve been learning about Meshtastic.. and now I’m down that rabbit hole. Which has resulted in the ungodly mess from me frying the PMIC on the expansion board, but now I want to make an ISAC unit from division for it. #3Dprinting #meshtastic #LoRa

Update on the helicopter collective
Complete redesign, managed to get Hall effect rotary sensors. And quickly tried to make my own basic circuit board. Still need to shorten the cables in the box, modify the existing throttle, and find a way to attach it to 20x20 extrusion.

It was the extruder. Had to remove a spring stop, cause it was clamping the filament too tight.
This was the latest result
Could also be wet filament, but I was getting lots of skipping before modifying it.

Ok so, I’m a broke uni student now and can’t afford a collective for #msfs2024 so I’ve been designing and building my own, this is the progress after half a week of learning fusion and 3D printing, a lot of trial and error

So apparently my new defect is if I’m not studying or doing uni I have massive anxiety. Instead of chilling out on my break I’ve been trying to finish projects like convert this printer to klipper.
