After weeks of fighting this printer I think it’s finally doing well enough to finish the semester, going to do a full over hall during the mid year break and add dual z and maybe if I have the funds upgrade to mercury one with a revo hotend

My sister and niece had an emergency flight on a chopper this week, the little one ended up with a twisted bowel and needed emergency surgery. Ignoring the fact that sounds terrifying, the little one bounced back after 12 hours.. she’s gonna rule the world

Update on the helicopter collective
Complete redesign, managed to get Hall effect rotary sensors. And quickly tried to make my own basic circuit board. Still need to shorten the cables in the box, modify the existing throttle, and find a way to attach it to 20x20 extrusion.

Having my first foray into printing with filaments other than PLA today, using PETG to print a chin mount for my bike helmet, and some bed plate reinforcements for the ender 5 bed. I think the printer still needs some extrusion refinement.
