Absolutely! This is mentioned in supplementary note 1 of the manuscript. However, this concern should only apply to the 2nd screen (fig 2) where we tested specific AA auxo status by removing 1/20 AAs, and not the initial screen (figure 1) where we removed all AAs to determine general AA auxo status
