Then I'd guess it's just the way they grew up. I'm the youngest of Gen X and I've definitely seen people younger than me crash out, so Millennials. But they tend to all be yt, so that's a running theme. The status quo can be a helluva drug.

I think a lot of the shitty ones are closer to boomers age wise. That or they peaked in high school and didn't have to be a latch key kid. 🤷♀️

The hospital didn't HAVE to change it. They chose to change it because they were more worried about money than they were the health and well being of there staff. That's a direct result of capitalism. The fact that there are for profit hospitals at all is because of capitalism. Do keep up.
