Against all expectation and fears there is now a ceasefire between India and Pakistan. Cannot express how relieved I feel. The specter of a prolonged war involving ground incursions and the danger of nuclear conflict was extremely distressing. Always refer to actual govt sources.

This is a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India. The highest levels of Indian law and order. And here he is trying to demoralize the troops fighting on the border and the nation itself. These are the Gandhians who, when slapped on one cheek, say slap my other cheek too.

This is how utterly two-faced Pakistani celebrities are. They are more than happy to come to India, make movies, participate in contests,etc. Then they'll go back and spew nonsense about us. Mahira Khan didn't say ANYTHING about the April terrorist attacks, but she posted this!

I hate everything about this. Has anyone bothered to ask WHY people "have a requirement for 15 friends but have just 3"? Because the media and politics have fed into their brains that you should be scared of anyone who is different, by race or gender or ideology or beliefs.

At this point, I just find this fucking hilarious. I said earlier today that when the US markets opened, the big traders would all be booking profits on their incredible longs from yesterday. +2900 points on closing yesterday; right now live @ 12.11pm EST markets are down 1700.

World markets are getting absolutely HAMMERED today. Like I said the other day, this is a massive selloff that's just shy of being absolutely apocalyptical of a freefall. And this is going to feed back in on itself tomorrow, because the US markets are going to happen and SINK.

The Indian markets are going to start the first day of the new week with a massive gap-down. This is near apocalyptic for us. As someone who works in the stock market, this is extremely bad. My experience is relatively scant, but I don't think we've been this bad since Covid!
