Wouldn't say same for sequels. The still quite fun NATIVITY 2: DANGER IN THE MANGER!, with David Tennant stepping in for Freeman, isn't as good as original, but worth a watch (available on Roku Chan & Tubi, among others), but avoid NATIVITY 3: DUDE: WHERE'S MY DONKEY and NATIVITY ROCKS! at all costs

It’s a strong example of the diminishing returns of sequels! I haven’t even attempted to watch Nativity Rocks & I watch any Xmas thing!
