I get the sense that lurking just beneath the surface of all these AI boosters is a seething resentment of anyone who does anything creative

Telling people who are against plundering the environment, theft, plagiarism and labor exploitation that they are doing this complaining because they haven't "invested" in using tools based on such exploitation is quite ridiculous isn't it?

Did they just invent telephone party lines.

Pretty sure that it’s going to worse before it gets better.

allistics: if you can talk to a person who is

-on the phone
-wearing sunglasses
-in another room
-sitting behind you when you're driving
-in a dressing room
-in a bathroom stall
-in a darkened theater
-texting or scrolling
-blind

then you know eyeball contact is NOT essential for communication!
