I know! Like they could've mailed the figure back and asked to get what they ordered instead of acting this way. They behavior is disgusting.

This is the weirdest crashout ever? I heard stuff about how this particular fandom treats Mel but damn... The racists are getting bolder and bolder.

Okay block lists (really named moderation lists) can be made by anyone for any purpose. Title and description are supposed to let one know what.

The problem is some bad actors are making them to break up the #StrongerTogether coalition.

The lists (and labels) from skywatch.blue are trustworthy

their favorite character has none. And I find it more telling when it's a female character that is abusive towards her boyfriend, but a part of the fandom ignores it and tries to do anything to defend this harmful stereotype and dynamic as a whole.

Anonymity has made people too comfortable to say stuff like this on the internet because despite all the bravado they display on their anonymous accounts, these people wouldn't dare to approach another person in public to say stuff like that.

- need everything to be fast paced. Or the people who say they can't enjoy a literary work if it doesn't contain smut. In the end to each their own but this is also a detrimental stance in regard to all sorts of media and its consumption.

I think it's because fandom became more popular and mainstream so the rules that we used to abide by before were lost because the newcomers refuse to learn proper fandom etiquette

I think part of the issue is that some people don't see fandoms as communities anymore. It's about "content" and fic writers and artists are nothing but content creators that are expected to cater to people's wants and needs.
