I always felt like it should have something to do with exhausting your lands. Either saccing lands or putting a stun counter on a different land for each unspent mana. Sort of like if you live out of balance with the land the land ends up punishing you

Currently just looking for a profile pic. But I can imagine myself commissioning something larger later as I love to collect art.

Seattle has a cherry blossom run every spring and I'm planning to sign up for the 10k. I'm excited to see how it feels once my body gets used to the distance. It seems like the perfect distance to get a good workout in but not eat up your whole evening.

I know I read books before this but the first one actually ingrained into my mind is the Hobbit. I remember staying up with a flashlight under the covers to read after bedtime.

So it is something I need to work on. It's just unfortunate that the current pace has made it more difficult for me to engage at all while I work on myself.
Other solution is just try to focus on non-rotating formats like pauper or premodern but there is just something exciting about draft.

The issue I run into is my anxiety and how my brain functions makes it very difficult to engage with the pace. I enjoy draft but by the time I get free time with stable anxiety we are already discussing the next set and my brain goes "what's even the point of learning this current format?"

Minneapolis was definitely one of the best places I visited for a MagicCon. Good food. Felt safe in the city. Solid weather. Reasonably priced. Really wish they'd go back

I want WotC to feature creators like you. And it is because you aren't just Magic. I love Magic. But if all I do is Magic I won't be in a healthy state mentally or physically. Creators who share a variety of hobbies, games and experiences helps me engage in a healthy manner and be a better person

I'm not familiar with those so I'll need to do some research. Hopefully there will be a demo or something in the PNW I can get to. Excited to try it out and learn more

Looking at the images, it says an expandable card game. Is that similar to something like Dominion with those expansions? Or is it closer to a TCG?
