Keep going. Keep growing.

When in doubt, just do the next right thing.

-I am being gentle with myself as I start this process and allowing myself to take it one step at a time.

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come!
- I saw there was an issue.
- I recognized the issue.
- I took steps to try to resolve it.
-I figured out the actual issues.
-I am taking steps to resolve them and give myself what I need to be successful.

Long term:
—-> In addition, I’m talking with a career coach about what options are out there. How do I make my dream of spending more time of coral reefs a reality - either in my career or as a hobby?

Soooo, to address this, here are my goals:

Short term:
—-> Switch back to a PM role with better pay.

I am excited about this because I have been struggling for 6+ months and I finally figured out why: I need something different!

My needs weren’t being met, so i was struggling!! Which is such a relief to know, and makes total sense.

When our needs are met, we can be successful!

All of these issues resulted in me lacking motivation, making more mistakes, moving more slowly, and struggling to care. My managers were getting frustrated with me as they tried to lighten my load, but none of us understood the root of the issue, so it was only helping in small amounts.
