I don't think Phony Stark is Bond class. For one, his capacity for hiring competent minions is abysmal. I'm thinking he's more the mustache-twirling class.

I did an experiment pre-Phony Stark when I joined Twitter. For a month, I Followed no one, nor did I Like anything.
My recommendations were the usual celebrities... and a bunch of right-wing accounts.
