In the US: If you're 50 or older (or 19/older & immunocompromised), please get vaxxed against shingles. It's no joke.

It costs ~$70 to produce a year’s supply of insulin.

Yet, the average annual cost of insulin went from $2,864 in 2012 to $5,705 in 2016 to $18,000 in 2025. A 25,714% markup. That isn’t inflation or supply chain—It’s corporate greed.

Now—California will sell insulin for $11. Make this nationwide!

Starting January 1st, Californians will be able to buy five-packs of insulin pens via CalRx® for a maximum recommended price of $55 per pack.

Every Californian should be able to access life-saving medications without breaking the bank.
Breaking: Starting next year, Californians with diabetes will be able to purchase state-branded insulin at steeply reduced prices, Gov. Newsom announced today. Long-acting insulin pens will be available at pharmacies for $11 per pen beginning Jan. 1. https://cal.news/3W7SDZW

ER doc here! This is a lie. Wait times are up because the American healthcare system is an unsustainable business model and a for-profit national healthcare system just doesn’t work. These problems will continue to get worse until we change that system. It literally has nothing to do with immigrants
Vance: "If you're an American citizen & you've been to the hospital in the last few years, you've probably noticed wait times are especially large & very often somebody who's there in the ER is an illegal alien. Why do those people get healthcare benefits at hospitals paid for by American citizens?"

Just in case anyone needs to hear it:
- Acetaminophen does not deplete glutathione unless you are taking toxic doses of it
- MTHFR variants don't prevent you from being able to use folic acid
- We don't know how folic acid works to prevent neural tube defects (NTDs); we simply know it does. (1/7)

⚠️TYLENOL & AUTISM—RFK Jr & Trump are wrong—the largest best study in the world in 2.5 MILLION KIDS—found no increased autism risk with acetaminophen (aka paracetamol/Tylenol). A crude analysis found only a tiny 5% risk, but once you adjust via sibling controls, the even tiny 5% risk vaporizes to 0%📉

Acetaminophen/Tylenol use during pregnancy was not associated with children’s risk of autism, ADHD, or intellectual disability in sibling control analysis. This suggests associations observed in other, less rigorous analyses may have been attributable to familial confounding (aka erroneous finding):
