info_rosalie USAID has gone dark. This is the agency China most wanted to see shuttered because of its unmatched success in maintaining key alliances. Russia has spent billions trying to undermine USAID, especially in Africa, but none of their efforts come close to this If a CCP operative were planted in the government with the goal of causing maximum damage while staying under the radar, they couldn't have done as much as what's happening right now. There are winners right now; it's just not the US.
