Little girls were swept away by the dozens & killed by the flood while at summer camp & without FEMA FUNDING bedridden & disabled American are going to die from natural disasters they could have been rescued from & warned against.

Over a 100 years ago, Congress passed a law requiring the Librarian of Congress to publish and routinely update an “annotated Constitution” for the American public.
