As of a few short months ago, we’ve now been able to file our non-profit with the state of New York! Our dream of providing artists with mental health support is finally within reach — and we’re just getting started.

BMHF was born in the spring of 2022. Since then, our founder (a theatre professional + grad student + multiple survival-jobs-worker!) has dedicated her time to cultivating research, gathering data, & providing our community with free, never-before-seen resources on mental health in theatre.
