to be fair, there are multiple ways to measure e.g. it might be true that ppl are still sitting in traffic, but instead of los f being an hour, it's 35 minutes

what about ppl who are NOT homeless? why do i need to have a house to be able to take a nap in the park? will ppl get harassed for taking a nap in the park & have to prove that they also have a home to go to once they wake up?
