If you live in NY State & want something concrete to do, call Gov. Hochul's office right now & leave a message saying (as calmly as you can, so as to get your message heard) that it's in her power to stand up to Trump by firing the mayor & that you as her constituent are watching what she does next.
Yesterday she said it sounded "undemocratic" to fire him. THE CALLS ARE WORKING. KEEP CALLING, Y'ALL. Tell her to fire Adams NOW. 1-518-474-8390
On MSNBC, Gov. Hochul does not commit to removing Mayor Adams, but implies she may consider it. "I'm consulting with other leaders in government at this time. We've got to have one sane person in the state who can cut through all the crap (and) say, 'What (does) my responsibility guide me to do?'"
