Its hellish, almost impossible to find anything
Maybe it was an early version of OpenRPG which came out in 2000. I definitely remember using this a couple of times when I was a kid, one gm got annoyed at me because my character sheet file was 300 kb

I don't think his FF stuff can be done in 3d just yet without some heavy compromises (flowing fabrics have only just started to look decent in games) but his sci fi stuff a la his Front Mission concept art is eminently doable today
