Following up on this! Good points were brought up about consequences for non-abiders, and narrative pushback in general, so these will be worked on and incorporated to better the potential premise for more people wherever possible.

- A canon-compliant premise instead of an alternate storyline
Most are wanting flexibility that keeps building off our working idea. There will be more tweaks to help muses with less incentive to comply, criminals, etc.
