egg and i survived the ridgewood turkey trot 8k! new shoes made all the difference. my feet, knees, and leggies feel good; any race I can finish without hurting myself is a good one

all world classic episode from the first time i watched it in on transmission, january 1994. i grew up watching "child's play 2" on vhs over and over and over again, but was yet to see "one flew over the cuckoo's nest" or "wise blood" and had no idea he could do *this.* elevated the x-files to art

no reason to wait. my top 11 records of 2025. 70+ plays on @last.fm and had to be new (to me) this year. some from 2024 because i can't possibly listen to everything. i learn a lot from studying year-end lists! easy number 1 overall is @flockofdimes.bsky.social; i've heard that one 300+ times easy
