Please take a break from the internet and news during weekends(unless that's the only chance you have to get caught up on what's happening all around us and to us), we need rest. Consuming chaos every day of the week, for several hours especially, isn't healthy. Rest your minds, friends.

I think a lot of us millennials are mourning the life we thought we’d have. Adulthood hit, and instead of thriving, it’s been nonstop doom ever since. cred. @carmenvera.bsky.social

Luigi's trial was delayed until mid-February, so let’s keep the support going strong! There are articles asking, “Could Fandom Cause Jury Nullification?” Our posts about Luigi are working! KEEP TALKING and STAY LOUD!

The main thing separating people not impacted by the fires from those impacted, is luck(+$). Without it, we'd be refugees. aoc.bsky.social and sanders.senate.gov we need to be taking action! It needs to be codified, laws/acts protecting the health/welfare of the public shouldn't be reversible.
at the end of a 14hr flight into LAX, the pilot told us not to be alarmed if we smelled smoke, the plane wasn’t on fire, just the city

Just a reminder: it is not "politically biased" to fact-check. Fact-checking is an essential tool for keeping us grounded in reality.

Moderators can't keep up with the amount of online support for Luigi, which is a very good thing, it means that we can't be silenced! We need to keep Luigi relevant, we need to keep posting!
Pro-Luigi Mangione content is filling up social platforms — and it's a challenge to moderate it
Luigi Mangione has drawn lots of defenders on social media. That's a challenge for platforms when it comes to moderation — and for users.

Happy New Year to everyone, except for the people exploiting us.

We need to stick together brazenly, and we need to fight back relentlessly.

We will get through this together.

I completely agree. When CEOs prioritize profits over people’s lives, they should be held accountable. The 68K preventable deaths annually are not just numbers. They are lives lost due to systemic exploitation. If their decisions knowingly enable this, justice demands accountability!
UnitedHealth CEO was killed 30 days ago on December 4. Luigi is now on trial

Lancet reports that USA’s exploitative health system enables 68K preventable deaths ANNUALLY. 5589 Americans have died under this system since December 4. So—when do the CEOs who knowingly enabled these deaths go on trial?

Absolutely! When the wealthy exploit the less fortunate, it's all perfectly acceptable business practices. But heaven forbid the poor dare to stand up for themselves, then it’s suddenly labelled as violence. It's almost like there's a double standard, isn’t there? Quite the masterclass in hypocrisy.

Doctors helped UnitedHealth increase Medicare payments by billions: trib.al/igT6HUX

Don't ever forget, it's the doctors too. American healthcare is a business and America's a scam. The only way we'll get out alive is if we fight for not only ourselves but eachother.

If you're wondering how far the reach of the anti exploitation movement or anti corruption - or, the Luigi Mangione - movement is, keep watching, it's growing. People being crushed and killed under the thumb of the wealthy is a worldly problem victimizing more people than there are rich people.

It kinda says a lot that a bunch of CEOs started upping security and removing their information from their websites because of that assassination...instead of like...fixing their policies. They are really taking "over my dead body" kinda literal. cred. @cyzorgg.bsky.social

Class consciousness is realizing the service worker wanting a living wage isn’t your enemy. If raising the minimum wage puts their pay on par with yours in your “better job,” that means you’re being underpaid too.
