My decidedly unscientific observation of Bluesky tells me that cat pic posts greatly outnumber dog pic posts. And Corgis are the most common dog pics.

🚨NEWBIE ALERT! Meet Chester! This happy, chunky 7 year old lab mix clearly once knew the comforts of home. He knows all the tricks, is a real lean-in-for-lovin’ kind of guy, and is pretty sure he’s a lap dog. He’s got some skin issues but we’ll get that cleared up. Chester is a very sweet boy! ❤️
