When you miss them but know they aren’t good for you it’s hard not to look at their socials to see how they are doing… old ha friendships can run deep and sometimes you have to learn how to love those people from a distance… but it does suck sometimes

I personally am of the belief that if you do something harmful to somebody regardless of if it’s during a mental breakdown or not, you need to take accountability for what you did and call it what it is
I’ve had to do this very thing and honestly it’s so freeing to be honest about what you have done
