A lot of my job is listening to people talking about farming, forestry and other land management topics. But sometimes I get to visit lovely places like this small privately owned castle in Ayrshire. What a treat.

My attitude is that if you're going to ask me to put up and decorate your Christmas tree, you have to accept my artistic vision. And that vision is messy and riotous. This is how I'll be approaching cooking Christmas dinner for my parents too. 😆
