Trolley problem meme, on one track is "egg prices", on the other tracks are, "democracy, security, allies, civil rights, and egg prices". It illustrates the US 2024 election as a referendum on perceptions about the economy and voters still got a worse economy plus attacks against democracy, security, our allies, and civil rights. Nice own goal for US voters.

This is how I feel about the state of liberal politics and the Democratic Party right now, de-limbed, no Courts, no House, no Senate, no White House, gerrymandered out of a fair fight, just a few states left yelling, "I'll bite your legs off!"
