Dinniman ramps up the difficulty in Carl's Doomsday Scenario. Choose a class and race, crawler, and hope you've made the right choices... especially if you're concerned with doing The Right Thing, which very may well be A Very Stupid Thing.
Better than 1, by a mile.

Dungeon Crawler Carl is an exposition-heavy intro to the fucked up universe of Matt Dinniman. It's a necessary entry that will explain the Game so that we can really Play in book 2.
Funny, gross, crass, and heartfelt, this series is special, and you can tell from book 1: ur really in for it

Martyr!
Kaveh Akbar, like Cyrus, is a poet. He messily unfurls the themes of addiction, martyrdom, and life's purpose in this literary fiction.
A masterpiece, 4.5, damn near perfect but the ending is a bitter pill to swallow and I didn't like a specific plot choice. Extremely worth ur time

An incredible book full of validation and hope. A must read-- I think every person has something to gain from reading this, be it insight to your own body, or perhaps someone you love. There's more here than just sex, too-- much of the insight can be applied to

Her worst one by far, mostly because there is no plot, no real character development, and it is a bit repetitive.
One stars for being happy that Feyre/Rhys are over and we finally get to see Nesta/Cassian. One more star because she went full bore to make Nesta seem like she hates his ass. Perf
