Guys, as a ex call center employee, this is fucking DESPERATION BEHAVIOR.
Pizza and ice cream once may be an entire year's planned discretionary budget for a team, they do NOT value them enough to provide common comfort. If their doing this? Their not just scared, their TERRIFIED.

Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

That was a real clusterfuck and I'm glad to have put all the pieces in place for it.
Sold out an entire island's worth of people, as well as all of his own friends & associates who were trying to assist said island's worth, in exchange for a pardon from a thalassocracy which then turned around and cut him loose.
