My toddlers never did but once when my son (who is non verbal and has Down syndrome) was 8 he did. Let me tell you the judgement and eyes on me trying to solve that one was rough. Too big for me to carry and not able to talk me through what was wrong so just had to wait it out until he was ready. 😅

I don’t remember how I came across them, but there are also plush emotional support French fries out there.

Same! I have run several halves and a full marathon but can’t even look at a bike without my quads burning. Can do a treadmill forever and a bike for about 2 minutes. 😅

Yes I think it was the early sunrise, but that doesn’t explain the difference between weekdays and weekends other than just to torture me 😂 But he shares a room with my 9 year old so that complicates sleep/wake times!

I don’t know- the 5.5 hrs I got last night seems worse than my normal 6.5 😅 I don’t stress about it but I did try putting my 4 and 9 year old to bed later every day this week but no luck. On school days when we need to leave by 8:15 my 4yo sleeps in until 8. On weekends he wakes me at 6:30. 😭

Only two things! So considerate of him to make shopping easy for you!

6:30 am four year old was on my bed with his bucket asking one by one if each piece was candy or breakfast. 😅 He settled on peanut m&ms and gummy bears and I rationalized it as protein and fruit.

Yes can also confirm. I have a rumi and a saja boy this year. They tried to convince my youngest to be the tiger but he remained steadfast on lightning McQueen 😆

Not the same as with a partner, but being a parent for 18 years means making all the plans and decisions and it is exhausting! Doing that in a relationship would be not sustainable and so frustrating I’m sure!

I’m so sorry for your loss. 💙 My mom’s number is still in my contacts list almost 12 years later with my favorite picture of her as the photo.

Ugh sorry! If it makes you feel any better I did Moderna this year and was up at 2am with fever, aches, and uncontrollable chills and was miserable the whole day.

These days I only listen to what my kids want in the car so I’m into Taylor Swift, Kpop Demon Hunters, and songs from Sesame Street and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse 😂

4yo had to move out of his room he shares with brother and is really being so good about sleeping on a couch in a little room I can close off to keep him on is own. However he is now tired of duplos, magnet blocks, and even the iPad has lost its appeal.

That’s so fun! I used to teach third grade and wish I had done this! Meanwhile my kids have never really learned cursive because they don’t teach it in our school district anymore.

On the drive home from preschool today my 4 year old told me when he grows up he is going to get a job working on a computer and then buy a house that reaches the moon. This might be a solution for your kids 🤷🏻‍♀️
