The Church doesn't understand jack shit about divorce and marriage. I just want to say that right now. As some one who has been going thru a divorce, and stumbling on love when I had no intention to -- the things I was taught years ago, are gross. Keep religion out of my bed.

When decency and empathy go, so does our humanity. At some point, it’s not just the hateful voices—it’s the willfully indifferent ones we can no longer afford to keep close. I’m grateful every day for those who choose compassion over cruelty, and remind us there’s still good out there.

Sorry to burst your bubble but there's always hope. Things can always get better. The sun WILL in fact come up tomorrow. It won't happen on its own, sure, but all we need to do is keep putting one foot in front of the other.
