I present the job application a Disability Confident employer has still never looked at but has advertised repeatedly over the past year and is currently advertised again.

With the news that Starmer is still pushing ahead with PIP/LCWRA cuts to 1.2m+ disabled people I thought I'd look at the governments own jobs website...
So jobs available for about 9% , but disability confident (I know it's bad but as a look at accessible jobs) we're down to ~1%.
