Dyed hair darker than my normal copper. Not sure if I like it yet or not, it's probably the darkest I have ever had my hair. Still a redhead though, we have way more fun than blondes. 😁

I found my favorite (and most valuable IMHO) ring! It's a Roma head coin from the 1st century, or that's what I was told when I got it. It's been lost for a year, I thought it was underneath the bed, but nope, hanging out with my knitting stuff. YAYS!

Going to the Renn Faire tomorrow, YAYS! First weekend, and I have a friend who works there and got me a ticket.
Sadly, I can't do medieval costuming anymore, so I'm pulling out the Rev War stuff (blue dress). Close enough, given that I've seen Deadpools there....(old pics)

Stewed okra and tomatoes makes me happy. Okra is a fav veg of mine, especially fried or raw, but this is good too!

I've introduced people to it via Monstrous Regiment, Small Gods, Pyramids Pyramids, and Interesting Times. I'd probably make them watch the Color of Magic adaptation, I think that's the best of the adaptations.

This would be why I call Spring yellow snow season and am ridiculously grateful that my body doesn't think pollen's bad. Also, why I recommend visiting in the spring only to those without pollen issues (and you may develop them, I know a ton of people who moved here have)

Spring in Atlanta. Freaking gorgeous! (If you're not allergic, spring is really the time to visit. If you are, pollen counts in quad and triple digits for weeks).

Rose quartz hat in progress. Self design based on Old Shale/Feather and Fan Shetland lace. I will write it up when done, it's a very easy pattern that I am really happy with thus far.
