Night has come and the darkness has enveloped us. Think not of fear, but love. The night comforts us by slowing us down, relaxing us, so that we may lay down and rest our bodies, lest we burn up too soon, like fire that burns too bright. Allow yourself to sluff off the stress of the day. Sleep well.
