A near-record serious flooding for DC metro area yesterday.

I wasn't in the area when it happened, but I live just slightly north, and a similar but short-lived thunderstorm passed over my neighborhood a couple days ago, it felt like the rain was dumped out of the clouds.
Last night’s rains were staggering in the northern D.C. area:

Centrist and moderate voters coalesced around Dan, the current mayor of Bucharest, Romania's capital, while Simon received slightly more votes than the first round.

Great to know Mr. Abrego Garcia is alive and looking well, and Senator Van Hollen finally got to meet with him.

El Salvador's government moved Abrego Garcia out of the prison and arranged for him to meet with Van Hollen at a local hotel.
