I swear these prints are too big for lynx and don’t any of you say Big Foot. I’ve tracked wolf, bear: I know what I’m looking at. And what I’m not. My nan used to sing a #lullaby about hunting hill cats, said they killed the last one in 1922. Though they never did find its mate.

They were told to make a wish, but there were no stars in the sky to make one on. Instead, the moon was overly bright glowing like a searchlight. How could you make a wish on a starless night? It felt foolish, like the whole thing was a setup. They were trying to dupe her, she was certain of it. 1/5
