Happy 12 years. Best decision ever. Spent the afternoon grilling steaks at the park before the chill got to us.

I am training for a cycling event at the end of this year. Todays 5.68 miles was hard- I haven't biked, or really done any exercise- since August 2024. My legs felt like trudging through mud. But you've gotta start somewhere and today was day 1 out of 236. Excited to see my progress.

I heard someone say a while back that while winter looks like it's dead and hopeless, the trees and flowers are still working underneath the surface, preparing for spring. That's stuck with me. Despite what it seems, nature is constantly in progress. Never stop progressing. Spring has sprung.

Focaccia bread, butter and grape seed oil spread on the bottom, layered with fresh mozzarella, hothouse tomato, prosciutto, and balsamic drizzle. Toast in the oven at 350 for 10-15 min. 🤌💋
